Aiden Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 31, 2026

Aiden (planwithaiden.com and the Aiden mobile app) helps families plan after-school activities. It is built to know as little about you as possible.

What Aiden collects

Without an account: your schedule lives only on your own device. Aiden records anonymous usage events (for example "a vendor page was viewed") tied to a random identifier that is not derived from your device and does not identify you. No names, no emails, no location, no advertising identifiers, no fingerprinting.

With an account (Google or Apple sign-in): Aiden stores your email address (to recognize your account), the children's first names, ages, and grades you choose to enter, and the schedule you build, so it can sync across your devices. Usage events for signed-in families are tied to a one-way hashed account identifier, not your email.

What Aiden does not do

Where data is stored

Account data and schedules are stored with Google Firebase (Authentication and Cloud Firestore), which processes data on Aiden's behalf. Anonymous usage events are stored the same way. No other third parties receive your data.

Notifications

If you turn on notifications in the mobile app, a device token is stored with your account so Aiden can send you reminders such as registration deadlines. Turning notifications off in your device settings stops them.

Deleting your data

Email beckyserel@gmail.com from your account's email address and your account, children's details, and schedule will be deleted. Without an account, clearing your browser data (or deleting the app) removes your schedule from your device.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date above changes with it. Questions: beckyserel@gmail.com.
